Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product quality from development to production and support the Quality Assurance Manager across the category.
  • •Review new product developments to identify and mitigate quality, fit, performance, and compliance risks.
  • •Lead quality validation activities, including managing bulk fabric and raw material validation and evaluating test results.
  • •Oversee pre-production sample (PPS) approval and pre-production meetings (PPMs), ensuring readiness for fit, measurements, materials, trims, and construction.
  • •Investigate product quality issues and claims, identify root causes and corrective actions, and embed learnings into future development while maintaining records and metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Previous experience in quality assurance, product integrity, or quality management within the apparel, sportswear, or textile industry.
  • •Strong understanding of textile materials, garment construction, and apparel manufacturing processes.
  • •Knowledge of fabric, garment, and performance testing standards and experience reviewing laboratory test reports.
  • •Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
