Job Summary

Serve as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the sales team for UiPath’s Retail and Supply Chain automation offerings. Lead commercial and technical discovery, scoping workshops, and narrative-driven platform demonstrations, translating business needs into AI-driven solution proposals. Partner with executives and technical stakeholders, shape enterprise architecture considerations, create technical scoping documents, and stay current on agentic AI best practices while feeding customer insights into product and GTM evolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with customers to understand retail and/or manufacturing needs and identify AI opportunities for transformative value.
•Facilitate scoping workshops, including process/systems mapping, value calculations, and technical overviews.
•Run end-to-end narrative-driven technical demonstrations of UiPath platform and applications.
•Provide support shaping enterprise architecture considerations in proposals with technical personas like CIOs and CDOs.
•Create technical scoping documents covering scope, delivery timeline, configurations, and delivery plan.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of AI Solution Engineering experience with mid-market and enterprise businesses.
•Experience in a data analytics, digital, or SaaS business, or within retail or manufacturing industries.
•Cross-functional experience taking products to market and helping shape sales strategy.
•Experience facilitating discovery workshops and product demonstrations.
•Ability to facilitate and guide customers through complex transformation and change management programs.
