Serve as a key day-to-day client interface for a multi-phase hyperscale data center construction program, based in the DFW area with periodic travel to central Texas. Own detailed cost planning, budgeting, forecasts, and monthly reporting, and coordinate validation of cost data across designers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Lead procurement support, change management, cost-control systems, risk analysis, and value engineering—while mentoring junior team members and ensuring compliance with Turner & Townsend business management systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain detailed cost plans, budgets, and estimates across design and construction phases for a multi-building campus.
•Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and executive-level summaries to support program-wide decisions.
•Coordinate cost data across designers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accurate validation across workstreams.
•Lead procurement support activities (pricing reviews, scope validation, commercial negotiations) and manage final accounts for multiple contractors and phases.
•Oversee end-to-end change management, maintain cost-control systems, support cost-risk and contingency activities, and drive value engineering/cost optimization (including mission-critical MEP infrastructure).

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
•5–7+ years of cost management or project controls experience on medium- to large-scale construction programs.
•Experience supporting mission-critical, data center, industrial, or large campus-scale developments (preferred).
•Advanced competency in budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and cost-control systems; EVM experience beneficial.
•Proven ability to manage full change-management processes, including procurement support and commercial contract management (preferred RICS accreditation/progress).
