•Lead and drive image quality initiatives across NVIDIA IQ and SW teams, OEMs, Tier 1s, scaling partners, sensor partners, and module suppliers.
•Use program management to gather customer requirements and risks, scope work, build plans across distributed teams and companies, drive execution, and manage risk.
•Apply GenAI skills to improve program management processes.
•Coordinate programs by communicating status horizontally and vertically, hosting regular meetings, managing project timelines, and performing bug lifecycle management.
•Interact effectively across teams, companies, and countries using strong external written and verbal presentation skills.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 258,750 annually

Key Requirements

•BS in ECE/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
•8+ years of software development experience with proven ability as a technical PM or engineering manager.
•Hands-on experience working with customers and partners across small to very large companies.
•Strong technical understanding of software development, imaging pipelines, and image hardware (pluses).
•Solid understanding of project management principles, including agentic AI usage, and ability to translate requirements into tasks.
