Lead visual merchandising for a Los Angeles flagship store, driving sales and profitability through strategic product presentation, stock management, and floor merchandising in collaboration with the Visual Manager and store leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and making visual merchandising changes in accordance with directives and with the Visual Manager.
•Plan Visual floor changes with the management team, including payroll management and adapting the zone/visual support to the needs of the business.
•Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through to execution, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
•Utilize reporting tools to identify business opportunities with product placement, outfitting, and stock levels and make changes as necessary.

•2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment (retail or fashion) with hands-on experience in visual merchandising or store operations.

•Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a track record of delivering guest-focused service.
•Ability to plan and manage budgets, schedules, and payroll in coordination with store leadership.
•Proven ability to analyze store metrics and translate insights into actionable merchandising and staff development strategies.
