Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance and service repair on equipment using service manuals, on-the-job training, OEM or third-party training
  • •Identify and resolve customer issues and involve appropriate site service personnel
  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by showing ownership and prioritizing tasks in coordination with Site Manager/Team/customer
  • •Independently complete PMs, FCOs, installations, and diagnose/resolve electronic, network and mechanical problems

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience servicing medical equipment; biomedical, patient monitoring, defibrillators, or infusion pump experience preferred
  • •Associates degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred
  • •Working knowledge of electronic circuit boards, schematics, processors and computer hardware; ability to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using tools and test equipment
  • •Ability to perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements for Field Service
  • •Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations; ability to work with radiation sources and wearing PPE
