As a Talent Sourcer at Harmattan AI, you will own proactive talent discovery and pipeline generation across engineering, manufacturing, and other critical functions. You will map target talent pools, engage high-potential candidates, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements. You’ll build and maintain high-quality pipelines, conduct market mapping, and continuously improve sourcing strategies in a fast-paced, security-sensitive environment.
