Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and grow revenues from the assigned hybrid client portfolio, identifying cross-sell opportunities and supporting new client acquisition where relevant.
  • •Provide day-to-day relationship coverage for designated clients to ensure a consistent client experience across GRM, GNB, and product partners.
  • •Support Global Relationship Manager on selected strategic relationships by coordinating local execution, pipeline tracking, client service issues, and internal stakeholder alignment.
  • •Cover GNB inbound corporate relationships end-to-end, including client engagement, solutioning, and coordination of onboarding and ongoing account maintenance.
  • •Own onboarding, KYC/CDD, periodic reviews and renewals, and support credit-related activities where applicable using risk management tools to monitor the portfolio and ensure pricing aligns with risk appetite.

Key Requirements

  • •Client-facing relationship management experience, ideally with exposure to global coverage models and international stakeholders.
  • •Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, including understanding of economic, cultural, procedural, and regulatory issues.
  • •Experience in onboarding processes and solid knowledge of KYC and CDD, with a track record of timely completion across multiple stakeholders.
  • •Good knowledge of transaction banking products, especially Cash Management (GPS) and Securities Services (SSv), plus exposure to Global Markets (GM) and related areas.
  • •Strong communication skills in English and ability to produce high-quality client meeting/pitch materials using IT tools (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint).
