Job Summary

Lead end-to-end mixed-methods product research to shape mental health experiences for millions of members. Run qualitative and quantitative studies across discovery phases, translating insights into exec-ready deliverables and roadmap recommendations. Partner closely with Product, Design, Clinical, and Engineering to embed member insights early, advocate for diverse member needs, and elevate research rigor through best practices, governance, and AI-assisted research workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end mixed-methods research programs across generative, evaluative, and continuous discovery phases using qualitative and quantitative approaches.
•Design and execute quantitative research initiatives (including NPS, attitudinal studies, segmentation, and benchmarking) using Qualtrics and DScout.
•Translate research findings into actionable insights and product recommendations, creating exec-ready deliverables such as frameworks, journey maps, personas, and strategic briefs.
•Partner with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to define research agendas, scope studies, and embed insights early in the product development lifecycle.
•Drive research operations best practices and mentor partners on research methods, including using AI-assisted synthesis tools with governance and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,400 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in design research, UX research, or related work, independently leading complex, multi-method research programs.
•Expertise in mixed-methods research, including qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, contextual inquiry, usability testing) and quantitative methods (surveys, NPS, attitudinal measurement, statistical analysis).
•Hands-on experience with research and survey platforms including Qualtrics and DScout (and/or UserTesting, User Interviews, or comparable tools).
•Experience designing and analyzing NPS programs and member satisfaction studies, translating survey data into product strategy.
•Strong collaboration and communication, synthesizing complex findings into clear narratives for cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
