Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute product strategy for core logistics solutions aligned to business and customer needs.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, and solutions teams to design, build, and launch features integrating with enterprise OMS/WMS/TMS/POS systems.
  • •Lead product discovery by gathering customer, internal, and market insights to identify opportunities and refine features.
  • •Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including scoping, prioritization, requirements definition, and validation.
  • •Work with customers and solutions engineers to develop use cases, validate requirements, measure success via analytics/reporting, and continuously improve releases.
