Sales Associate

Represent the brand in-store by maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience. Greet customers, help them choose products, convert shoppers to buyers, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and follow the company selling guideline. Perform merchandising and visual presentation duties, manage inventory records, and handle POS/billing tasks including cash till reconciliation, receipts, refunds, and secure loss-prevention practices.
