Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Investment Operations services (trade/reconciliation/corporate actions) to assigned clients within quality, timing, and output targets.
  • •Support rollout of new products/activities in Investment Operations and ensure successful implementation.
  • •Participate in migration/re-migration of funds and adhere to project/migration timelines.
  • •Review postings/reconciliation packs/trades uploads and upstream deliverables for break accuracy; perform maker/checker activities as required.
  • •Update MIS/trackers, enhance SOPs/job-aid materials/process notes/KPIs, follow escalation matrices, and raise exceptions with appropriate teams.
