Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end processing of corporate action income events across equity and fixed income products.
  • •Review and reconcile payables, receivables, ex-date, record date, and payment date activity while investigating outstanding claims.
  • •Partner with traders, counterparties, and internal stakeholders to resolve exceptions and identify P&L impacts.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve controls and processes and contribute to change initiatives with project teams.
  • •Support mandatory corporate action events and tax reclaim activities, escalating risks or issues when appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Corporate Actions, Income Processing, or Securities Operations in a broker dealer, investment bank, or financial services environment.
  • •KYC experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income income processing with excellent reconciliation and analytical skills.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
  • •Strong communication skills and experience building relationships across trading desks, operations, counterparties, and clients.
