Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the inspection center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly inventory production goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive process improvements.
  • •Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members; communicate expectations, measures, and goals.
  • •Review and approve identified defects and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair cost and overall vehicle quality.
