Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience, and/or a technical school and/or Associates degree.
  • •Experience interpreting blueprints or instructions, sketches, and part-copying/fitting work.
  • •Hands-on machine shop experience planning setups and operating machine shop tools (including tolerances and feeds/speeds).
  • •Ability to use precision measuring and gauging tools and perform inspections before, during, and after machining.
  • •Extensive knowledge with electrical, hydraulic, and injection molding machines; hot runner familiarity is preferred.
