Lead the Agency Acquisition team within Scaled Growth for NA and LATAM, responsible for onboarding and growing large Indie Agency partnerships. Set and drive sales targets and pipeline goals, navigate complex agency structures to win new partnerships, and build durable relationships with agency and platform partners. Partner with Monetization Strategy and Ops on sales incentive design while leveraging analytical thinking and adaptability to a fast-paced, measurable-growth environment.
