  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teammates.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue by executing small business and mass affluent strategies, including client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
  • •Promote the branch’s positive community presence and instill Purpose, Mission, and Values in the team.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics; complete required training for the team.
  • •Handle human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, and performance counseling/disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.

  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
