Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), DOT inspections, and follow-up repairs on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles in a mobile/field environment.
  • •Diagnose, adjust, and repair various truck systems including electrical, braking, cooling, engine, and fuel systems.
  • •Inspect, test, and listen to equipment to diagnose malfunctions using handheld diagnostics and gauges; road test vehicles to verify repairs.
  • •Independently manage parts inventory and maintain company-issued service truck, including pre/post-trip inspections.
  • •Communicate effectively with clients and management to assess needs, obtain approvals, and document repair findings.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field (or equivalent)
  • •At least 3 years of experience with refrigerated equipment
  • •Possess and supply a set of hand tools necessary to perform required job duties
  • •OEM training and certifications are preferred
  • •This position follows DOT/FMCSA regulations and requires DOT background screening and a DOT physical (or valid DOT card)
