•Manage and continuously improve the CTO org operating rhythm, including timely review and action of KPIs.
•Partner with People, Finance, and Administration to drive CTO strategic change and improvement initiatives.
•Own the strategic and operational planning system for the CTO organization, improving processes for visibility and results.
•Oversee a portfolio of strategic projects, structuring and driving complex, ambiguous initiatives and building consensus with senior leadership.
•Facilitate strategic meetings, represent the CTO in select forums, and build relationships with direct reports to identify opportunities and shape new strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,420 - 235,600 annually
