  • •Safely operate and maintain coating equipment to meet quality and productivity targets
  • •Conduct preventative maintenance and perform maintenance with hand tools and instrumentation
  • •Monitor process parameters and alarms using equipment computers; make decisions using approved procedures to maintain process control
  • •Perform basic quality control and escalate conditions requiring attention with clear communication
  • •Ensure training completion within required timeframes and provide on-the-job training when requested
