Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify stakeholders and strategize, plan, and prioritize program objectives and success criteria, estimating durations and aligning schedules and dependencies.
  • •Monitor and communicate progress and risks, propose mitigation plans, and align stakeholders on de-risking strategies.
  • •Measure and publish program/process metrics to support consensus and data-driven decision-making.
  • •Build program teams across internal and external partners, organize ambiguous projects into 6+ month objectives, and guide alignment on timelines, goals, and deliverables.
  • •Lead governance and communications by determining program charter scope/timeline/OKRs/resourcing/risks, maintaining project trackers/status reports, and developing change management rollout plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years experience in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Need industrial or commercial HVAC experience.
  • •Preferred: Master's Degree and/or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • •Experience with evaporative and air-based chilled water cooling systems and mechanical cooling systems, ideally for large commercial buildings, data centers, or semiconductor/industrial processes.
