Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage footwear engineering activities from development through production, championing improvements that enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • •Deploy and evaluate footwear technologies, proposing state-of-the-art engineering solutions aligned to On’s Premium Quality strategy.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and maintain clear communication with sourcing development, factory teams, and partners through mass production.
  • •Identify development and engineering risks and contribute practical solutions to keep products moving forward.
  • •Drive project execution with milestone planning and ensure stakeholder alignment in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Footwear Design, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 7 years of relevant footwear industry experience across development, manufacturing, industrial/mechanical engineering, and tooling engineering.
  • •Solid understanding of product fabrication, tooling, materials, and manufacturing methods.
  • •Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects with innovative problem-solving.
  • •Strong communication and teamwork skills, with project management background preferred and attention to detail.
