Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in operational planning of recipes and menu creation/optimization for meal kits using a Python-based menu-planning algorithm.
  • •Work on projects to improve the product offering and increase customer satisfaction.
  • •Lead cross-collaborative initiatives to reduce menu risk and ensure ingredient availability across the value chain.
  • •Support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks across supply and menu planning; solve concrete problems and make decisions.
  • •Track weekly menu/recipe performance and conduct analyses of monthly/quarterly results, including recipe change management when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Ideally with initial experience in product management or supply planning, plus CPG and E-Commerce experience.
  • •Excellent command of Excel.
  • •Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus.
  • •Fluency in English; German is a plus, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
