•Plan in-app campaigns and cross-platform activities to amplify content reach and influence.
•Recruit and support creators by diagnosing pain points, delivering training, and designing incentive policies and community guidelines.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
•Fluent in Spanish and have professional English proficiency (working language).
•Deep familiarity with LATAM social media and cultural trends, with strong content sensitivity for identifying viral trends and emerging creators.
•Knowledge of short-video platforms and/or AI tools, plus basic video editing skills.
•Able to commit to an internship for 6-12 months.
