Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard enterprise billing teams and train their RCM staff on billing best practices for a smooth platform transition
  • •Assist sales during the enterprise sales cycle as needed
  • •Teach submission, posting, invoicing, AR, and related processes within Prompt to enterprise and other sized teams
  • •Demonstrate deep knowledge of Prompt Reporting, Industry Accounting, AR practices, and data analysis using Excel
  • •Provide reporting training on accrual accounting, AR reporting, and RCM KPI data to teams of varying sizes

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, OR a professional certification (CPA, CFA, or similar) or equivalent experience
  • •5+ years in the medical billing industry; PT/OT/SLP experience strongly desired
  • •Experience with enterprise-sized RCM companies (100+ therapists) in a success or leadership role
  • •2-3 years minimum of RCM leadership experience
  • •Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and strong technical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel
