Job Summary

Own Taiwan PO management, account payable processing, and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring timely follow-up and clean-up of aged items. Prepare vendor master data checks and support audit, compliance, and tax activities. Contribute to month/quarter/year-end closing by preparing accruals and reconciliations and uploading financial data into reporting systems. Support ad hoc finance projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee PO creation, amendment, closure, and related control processes (Taiwan), including aged/inactive PO clean-up.
•Review and process vendor invoices accurately and on time (Taiwan) and support payment compliance with internal controls and company policy.
•Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliations (Taiwan), investigate mismatches, and coordinate resolution with counterparties.
•Review vendor master data setup/change requests and ensure completeness of supporting documents (Taiwan).
•Support audit, compliance, tax matters, and month/quarter/year-end closing reporting activities including accruals and reconciliations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in finance, Accounting, or related fields.
•Preferably an accredited or partially qualified member of an international professional accounting organization.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in financial accounting.
•Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with integrated transactions in an ERP environment.
•Ability to identify and communicate important issues and collaborate effectively (interpersonal and teamwork skills).
