Sales Associate II

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a Coach brand ambassador. Build clienteling relationships through product expertise and tailored recommendations, and drive sales using cross-selling and upselling. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while meeting personal and team KPIs.
