Key Responsibilities

  • •Create SoW and PRD documents for complex technical hardware programs.
  • •Own and facilitate weekly cross-functional engineering team meetings and coordinate NPI lifecycle design reviews and phase gate activities.
  • •Interface with key customers and strategic partners to develop program plans, negotiate schedules, and align milestone deliverables and feature sets.
  • •Track and report validation and qualification status, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans to prevent program impact.
  • •Build and maintain a master schedule, drive issue resolution with assigned owners through closure, and conduct engineering portion of phase gate reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of NPI hardware engineering and leadership experience.
  • •Design engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI) experience with rack-mounted data center or enterprise equipment.
  • •Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, software, diagnostics, test, and manufacturing).
  • •Exceptional project management skills with strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electronics and communication, industrial engineering (or equivalent experience); MS/MBA and PMP are desirable.
