Department Manager - Irrigation - Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Lead the irrigation department as the branch irrigation expert, partnering with customers to deliver an excellent experience. Assist with sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and integrating supply and demand plans. Drive an incident-free, safety-focused culture, manage inventory and target customer mix, and train agronomic staff on irrigation products. Partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and support other departments as needed.
