Key Responsibilities

•Analyze contractual and recovery data to determine the sequencing or suspension of a indemnisation, including for international policies.
•Support recovery agencies by clarifying contentious accounting entries and any contractual or dispute items.
•Ensure high-quality client service by communicating regularly with insureds and brokers about contractual provisions, the status of their cases and the financial flows related to indemnisation.
•Conduct client/broker meetings to present activity or address a specific need, in view of client service and retention against competition.
•Collaborate closely with Sales teams to respond to insureds and prospects on contractual and international plans; pilot or participate in organizational tools or projects.

Key Requirements

•Master 2 in commerce or management (business school or university)
•2-3 years of experience in B2B and banking/insurance
•Knowledge and experience in B2B and banking/insurance sectors
•Excellent interpersonal skills and proven success in client service
•Strong written and spoken English skills
