Key Responsibilities

•Develop and grow a portfolio of customers by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships within the high-tech logistics sector.
•Design and sell value-added logistics solutions including network distribution, two-man handling, white-glove delivery, on-site installation, and end-to-end supply chain services.
•Achieve revenue, margin, and sales targets by maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and negotiating commercial agreements.
•Collaborate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure competitive solutions, seamless delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
•Conduct regular customer visits and maintain accurate CRM records to track opportunities and monitor account performance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of experience in freight management, with strong knowledge of transportation, logistics operations, and supply chain solutions.
•Minimum 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving profitable growth.
•Experience generating new business opportunities, developing leads from scratch, penetrating new markets, and converting prospects—especially within Road Freight (FTL/LTL).
•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
