Key Responsibilities

  • •Evolve Merchant Onboarding capabilities for merchant identification, MCC detection, and authorised representatives validation workflows with efficiency, reliability, and security.
  • •Lead regulatory monitoring for merchant acquiring, ensuring compliance while using new regulations as a competitive advantage.
  • •Develop seamless Merchant Day 0 journeys by partnering with core Payment and UI/UX teams to improve First Transaction experience.
  • •Leverage AI integrations and tools to automate onboarding workflows and reduce onboarding time.
  • •Own and manage the product backlog, prioritize product stories, and guide execution in engineering sprints with clear articulation of trade-offs and impacts across upstream/downstream systems.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product management experience, typically with a B. Tech and MBA (or equivalent).
  • •Direct experience with payment technologies or a deep understanding of payment systems and APIs.
  • •Proven track record working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, technology-first products.
  • •Exceptional influencing skills to persuade cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Legal, Engineering) without direct authority.
  • •Strong analytical skills using structured and unstructured data to define metrics, validate hypotheses, and inform decisions.
