Job Summary

Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses for construction materials, using analytical instruments and techniques such as spectrophotometry, colorimetry, and titration. Key Responsibilities

•Build laboratory prototype models for testing.
•Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses using analytical instruments and techniques including spectrophotometry, colorimetry, and titration.
•Prepare and standardize chemical solutions, reagents, and samples, and maintain accurate records of experimental data, observations, and results.
•Assist with calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
•Follow safety protocols, PPE policies, and company procedures; maintain a clean lab work area and dispose of debris properly.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•Previous experience operating or working around heavy equipment.
•Previous laboratory experience or coursework in analytical chemistry and/or hydraulics lab; ICP analysis is an asset.
•Ability to work with general tools and build prototypes with minimal supervision.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong attention to detail following SOPs and safety guidelines.
