Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in people management or team leadership.
  • •B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Strong full-stack background, with experience reviewing backend systems (e.g., Java) and modern frontend frameworks like React, Ember, or Svelte.
  • •Ability to provide technical leadership through architecture guidance, design reviews, and meaningful code review feedback.
  • •Experience building and scaling engineering teams, including hiring and structuring teams as they grow.
