Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery for high-density data center builds across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC). Build and manage integrated EPC schedules, drive critical path execution and recovery plans, and run weekly reviews with contractors and internal teams. Coordinate procurement and long-lead equipment tracking, align engineering/supply chain/construction/commissioning, resolve field RFIs and technical interface issues (power, cooling, controls, network), and drive commissioning readiness for Ready for Service (RFS).

Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end data center delivery execution across data center builds.
•Own schedule, scope, and cross-functional alignment; ensure seamless execution from design to commissioning.
•Build and manage integrated EPC schedules; drive critical path execution, recovery plans, and weekly execution reviews.
•Align engineering, supply chain, construction, and commissioning; eliminate gaps between design intent and field execution; resolve technical interfaces (power, cooling, controls, network).
•Track long-lead equipment and ensure procurement stays ahead of construction; work with general contractors and trades to resolve RFIs and field issues; coordinate commissioning to deliver Ready for Service (RFS).

Key Requirements

•8-15+ years in data center or mission-critical infrastructure delivery.
•Experience delivering EPC or working on owner-side delivery.
•Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
•Proven ability to deliver on aggressive schedules.
•Comfortable operating in ambiguity with strong field presence and technical depth.
