Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint retrospectives to ensure predictable delivery and continuous improvement
  • •Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to refine and align the backlog with product goals and roadmaps
  • •Monitor release progress using metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time) and proactively identify systemic obstacles
  • •Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders, coordinating trade-offs and decisions across cross-functional teams
  • •Coach teams on Agile best practices, enabling adherence and supporting smooth release cycles

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • •Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II/III), or equivalent Agile certification preferred
  • •Proven track record supporting complex software release cycles and collaborating on AI or data-driven products
  • •Advanced proficiency in Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion) for workflow automation and reporting
  • •Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills with a continuous improvement mindset
