Job Summary

Provide advanced technical leadership and daily oversight for OAI personnel supporting the Patriot Taiwan program. Direct field engineers at Patriot Battalion and Fire Unit levels, ensuring high-quality tactical guidance, operational and training execution, and readiness. Oversee classroom and hands-on training across multiple Patriot operational areas, support system initialization and mapping, coordinate OJT, and partner with program management, customers, and RTX teams to drive process improvements and mission success.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide advanced technical leadership, coaching, and daily oversight for OAI personnel supporting the Patriot Taiwan program.
•Direct field engineers performing operational and training activities at Patriot Battalion and Fire Unit levels with minimal oversight to ensure successful execution.
•Oversee operational training including system initialization, database development, communication plan preparation, and sustainment activities such as PDB updates and hardware sweeps.
•Conduct classroom and hands-on instruction across RSOP/Survey, March Order and Emplacement, System Initialization and Mapping, ADM against ABT/TBM, Guided Missile Reload, and ARTEP/Gunnery Tables.
•Coordinate with program management, customer representatives, and cross-functional RTX teams; identify and implement process improvements while maintaining compliance with RTX safety and quality standards.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
•Minimum 4 years of experience with the Patriot Air Defense System.
•Direct experience in Patriot Evaluation Section and Patriot Battalion-level (or higher) tactical operations.
•Demonstrated experience teaching Patriot organizational classes in the classroom and on tactical equipment/Patriot COFT, including RSOP, March Order/Emplacement, Initialization/Mapping, ADM against ABT/TBM, Reload operations, and Gunnery Tables.
•Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance and Program Management Level 6 certification.
