Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of SmartComms Engineers, including setting objectives and performance reviews.
  • •Collaborate with other DMS Leads to prioritise and deliver document changes aligned to business requirements and available resources.
  • •Provide technical direction to ensure document solutions align with best-practice standards and comply with local and Group policies.
  • •Support change programmes by identifying and managing interdependencies across teams and projects, managing risks, issues, and delivery priorities.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in document development and fulfilment processes using shared assets, templates, and datasets.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical delivery engineers, setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
  • •Strong understanding of document management and customer communication solutions, including logic documents and technical specifications.
  • •Knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to select effective delivery approaches for complex, multi-stakeholder delivery.
  • •Experience developing or managing document solutions using SmartComms (or similar platforms), including multi-channel delivery (email, print, SMS, PDF).
