Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end U.S. international tax compliance, including technical analysis, coordination with external advisors, and oversight of OneSource International processes (data inputs, model integration, output validation, and filings).
•Design, build, and maintain advanced Excel-based models to forecast U.S. international tax positions and ETR drivers, and support ASC 740 provision calculations and long-range planning.
•Collaborate with the tax provision team on forward-looking modeling of U.S. international tax impacts, including cash taxes and ETR.
•Analyze and model proposed tax law changes and planning opportunities; deliver actionable recommendations to partners; support U.S. international aspects of tax audits and controversy.
•Act as primary point of contact for Canadian tax matters (compliance, provision, planning and controversy), managing external advisors and coordinating with finance/business partners.

Key Requirements

•CPA, MST, JD/LL.M. in Taxation, or equivalent.
