Preconstruction Estimator (MEP/HVAC)

Build turnkey HVAC contracting estimates for projects by evaluating mechanical and electrical systems, developing scope, and producing detailed cost estimates. Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to assemble project data, create bid materials, review documents for constructability, and participate in pre-bid meetings. Optimize job costs by negotiating vendor and subcontractor pricing and identifying risks or cost-saving opportunities, supporting pursuit of Trane business.
