Job Summary

Lead lease business processes and lease accounting for the Customer Finance team, ensuring correct treatment of leasing transactions under US GAAP/IFRS. Act as a finance leasing expert for lease classification, compliance (including JSOX), and internal control across cradle-to-grave processes. Govern internal and external lease programs with preferred lease partners, reconcile reporting and invoices, and drive lease P&L and balance sheet accuracy using EPM Cloud/ARCS, Power BI, and Oracle systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure correct lease accounting treatment and finance method approvals before customer signature under US GAAP/IFRS.
•Design and implement cradle-to-grave lease business processes and maintain BAU requirements, source systems, and BI reporting.
•Structure and monitor internal lease transactions, including contract documentation, activation, and buy-out/buy-back invoicing.
•Drive external lease programs with preferred lease partners, ensuring approvals, timely activation, and correct collection via PLP combined billing.
•Own lease reporting and governance: validate P&L calculations, reconcile reporting/invoices, run month-end procedures, and reconcile 40+ balance sheet accounts in compliance with US GAAP/IFRS/JSOX.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Finance/Accounting or related field, or proven relevant experience.
•Accounting qualification (CPA/RA or Post Master Controller) or significant leasing accounting experience with strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS lease accounting.
•Understanding of the JSOX control framework.
•Strong analytical skills with autonomous working and data mining experience.
•Excellent communication skills and strong MS Office skills.
