Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical and functional leadership to teams of systems engineers across the full development lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, integration, and verification.
•Support engineering execution for scope, schedule, and cost, with involvement in project planning, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk management.
•Ensure disciplined use of established development processes, lifecycle plans, and tools, including adherence to industry standards.
•Participate in bids and proposals by reviewing and providing technical guidance to ensure credible, executable engineering content.
•Manage people and resources: hiring and staffing decisions, performance management, and developing/mentoring senior engineering talent.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a project engineering or technical lead role with cost and schedule accountability, including background in Earned Value Management (EVM).
•Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
•Pursuing or completed graduate degrees or participation in leadership development programs.
•Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date.
•U.S. citizenship required to be eligible for a security clearance.
