Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and delivery of customer experience training programs, including technical product training for Value Added Resellers and System Users. Conduct learning needs analyses, create storyboards, scripts, simulations, scenarios, and assessments, and build effective eLearning and instructor-led training using authoring tools. Partner with subject matter experts, collaborate with LMS administrators, measure training effectiveness, and support product launches while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and delivery of customer experience training programs, including technical product training.
•Conduct learning needs analyses with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and training solutions.
•Create prototypes, storyboards, scripts, course content, simulations, scenarios, and assessments for learning solutions.
•Design eLearning and instructor-led training and collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop content.
•Deploy and maintain training via LMS, evaluate effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics, and support product launches.

Key Requirements

•Associates or Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Training, or 5+ years of related field experience.

•Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and technical troubleshooting.
•Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and customer-facing communication skills.
