Body/Paint Shop Supervisor

Supervise hourly production associates in a vehicle Inspection Center, directly managing daily repair and reconditioning workflow to consistently meet production targets and quality standards. Lead safe movement of vehicles for repairs, review incoming mechanical/cosmetic defects, and train teams using Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and delays. Coach performance, prevent and resolve team conflicts, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and performance measures.
