Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and supervise process, process control, lab, product, utility, environmental, and facility improvement programs to maximize operational capability and optimize operating costs.
  • •Direct evaluation of existing processes to improve efficiency, optimize costs, and improve product or safety conditions; implement approved programs/projects.
  • •Supervise process and process control engineering resources and efforts to execute plant projects and maintain safety and environmental performance within permits and standards.
  • •Direct the Management of Change process to meet ISO 9001 standards and applicable corporate/government regulations; oversee audits and ensure compliance with OSHA 1910.119 documentation requirements.
  • •Oversee ISO 9001:2015 certification by promoting the corporate quality policy, managing quality initiatives, and maintaining benchmarking, energy conservation, and strategic improvement plans.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in a refinery or chemical plant.
  • •Minimum 5 years of management experience in a refinery or chemical plant.
  • •At least 5 years of operating or engineering experience in Spheripol and Catalloy.
  • •Demonstrated critical problem solving, goal setting/planning, leadership, and communication skills.
