Job Summary

Work with business units to translate IT and transformation needs for the Life & Pension domain into well-defined requirements and IT solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, leverage digital technologies (ML, AI, OCR, RPA), and document implementations. Build test plans and test cases to validate requirements, support user acceptance testing, and participate in Agile delivery while ensuring data integrity via SQL and API performance validation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or another Engineering discipline.
•4+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis, Process Reengineering, Digital Transformation, or consultancy (Life & Pension production process knowledge is a plus).
•Advanced SQL skills with deep understanding of database modeling and schema design.
•Hands-on service testing experience using tools such as Postman and Bruno to ensure data integrity and validate API performance.
•Extensive SDLC experience with Agile methodologies, plus strong communication with business, technology, and operations stakeholders.
