Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the department by driving efficiency, monitoring key performance indicators, and establishing a quality control culture (SPC/FDC/defense line).
  • •Maintain effective change system management and formulate fixes for yield issues and IDL detractors across products.
  • •Lead team management, talent development, succession strategy, and talent reviews; advocate performance management culture.
  • •Coordinate strategic execution by communicating goals, customer expectations, and providing updates to review status and future objectives.
  • •Drive project/program management and EHS responsibilities, including prevention/corrective actions and ensuring required EHS training is completed.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in an engineering-related field.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in a semiconductor DE field (E3 or above).
  • •Demonstrated success in a Micron Manager position.
  • •Thorough understanding of the DRAM process and ability to define and solve process problems.
  • •Advanced communication and presentation skills with strong data analysis and troubleshooting ability.
