Key Responsibilities

  • •Support operational health and day-to-day performance of airline inventory and bookings systems.
  • •Monitor bookability, latency, shopping behavior, and operational metrics to identify issues and trends.
  • •Assist with bug triage, escalation tracking, and operational investigations across booking environments.
  • •Support testing, validation, and QA of new features, supplier integrations, and configuration changes in staging and production.
  • •Maintain fare mapping and supplier/tenant configurations, support NDC integrations, and coordinate operational requests via the Intake Board.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in product operations, travel operations, air supply, or technical program management.
  • •At least 5 years experience in air travel and with air travel providers Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport, Aggregators, NDC, or ARC.
  • •Experience with Jira, Confluence, Amplitude, Datadog, AI technology, AWS, or BigQuery.
  • •Experience with SQL and analyzing data to inform decisions.
