Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead and motivate diverse teams across projects, owning scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes.
  • •Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects by functioning as a Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning).
  • •Proactively monitor and report project status, including scope changes, budget burn, timeline risks, and weekly transparency to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Use project management systems (OpenAir and Jira) to support data-driven decisions, manage resource forecasts, and communicate effectively with client and internal teams.
  • •Partner with Client Service Executives and Business Development to scope new opportunities, report to the Program Director, coach/mentor others, and contribute to improving Agile and project management processes.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of project management experience with progressively increasing responsibility, including 1–2 years of Agile experience.
  • •5+ years working as a consultant or in an agency as a project manager.
  • •Experience delivering large digital projects (e.g., $1MM+ and 9+ months) across multiple teams simultaneously.
  • •In-depth understanding of digital development processes and technologies, with exposure to Scrum/Agile and/or Waterfall.
  • •Proficiency with project tools such as Confluence/Jira (or equivalent) and experience with CMS and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Magento, Shopify).
