Job Summary

Supervise day-shift production in the Fabrication Department, ensuring optimal throughput, production efficiencies, safety, quality, and conformance to customer requirements. Lead and develop a team of 20 direct reports through training, coaching, and motivation. Drive process improvement using task standardization and production management systems, coordinate schedules, and work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, safety, and a unionized workforce.
